In current days when around 40% of companies registered increases of more than 200% in energy charges, the efficiency of industrial systems takes on an increasingly relevant role. Revamping helps in this context, increasing productivity and plant performance, updating technology, and leading to energy reductions. 

With the implementation of new solutions, it is even possible to take advantage of them, helping the technician to identify and prevent possible stops. From a more operator-focused point of view, it is even possible to adapt older machines to current regulations, reducing maintenance costs and increasing safety at work. This solution with a couple of services from Oncontrol and the client will have all his energy consumptions in his hand and even KPI’s implementation.

Oncontrol has a team of professionals capable of designing and implementing these renovations. These allow the remodeling of an industrial plant without the need for a significant investment, extending the production life cycle. The energy and production efficiency of the system is increased, with an intervention cost estimated at less than half of a new purchase.

In the last revamping project, Oncontrol jointly with Polaridade, have restructured the installation’s electrical system, added new equipment’s,  and implemented new automation and supervision systems.
